1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Kosher Therapy Friends website (the "Site"). By browsing or using the Site you fully accept these clauses.

2. Definitions

"User": any individual visiting or donating through the Site.

3. Amendments

KTF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of the changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All contents (texts, images, logos, graphics, source code, etc.) are owned by KTF or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Permitted Use

The User undertakes to use the Site diligently, lawfully and respectfully, abstaining from activities that could damage, overload or impair its operation.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary, irrevocable and non-refundable. KTF will allocate the funds to psychological support projects in line with its mission. Payments are processed by third-party providers and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KTF does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the Site, which is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall KTF be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

9. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party pages. KTF assumes no responsibility for the content or availability of such sites.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santiago de Chile, and the parties waive any other jurisdiction that might correspond.
